No expiration on accumulated wallet amount. Must be used within three months (90 days) of termination of membership agreement.
Any tox from wallet balance and beyond, will be offered at a discounted member price. (Current Xeomin/Botox pricing is $12 per unit, member rate is $10 per unit. Dysport pricing drops from $4.75 a unit to $4 a unit.)
